The 6VD1 is Isuzu’s 3.2-litre V6 petrol engine, fitted to the Jackaroo, the Holden Rodeo TF and the Frontera, in SOHC and DOHC 24 valve forms. A good deal of it is shared with the 3.5-litre 6VE1.This page lists 35 parts for the 6VD1.
Timing belt components
NVP timing belts covering both the SOHC and the DOHC, the hydraulic tensioner, the pulley tensioner and the idlers. Some idlers are listed for the DOHC only, so work out which head you have before you build a kit.
Extractors and gaskets
Manta extractors for the 1997 to February 2003 Rodeo V6 3.2, plain and ceramic coated, with the extractor gasket and the exhaust manifold collector gasket. The extractor gasket is sold singly and a V6 takes two, so order a pair.
