Most big diesel bills start small. A weeping injector seal, a sticking EGR valve or a slack belt costs little to fix and a lot to ignore. Catching one at a scheduled service is the difference between a part and a rebuild.
Fuel use you can watch
Fuel burn creeps up before anything else shows. Blocked air filters, tired injectors, dragging brakes and soft tyres all add litres per hundred. We check those at each service and flag the ones trending the wrong way, so you can see which vehicle is costing you.

A breakdown costs you the tow, the repair and the job that vehicle was booked for. Planned work happens when you can spare the truck. We book fleet vehicles around your run, and same day or emergency work is there when something does go wrong.
Logbooks and warranty stay intact
A new vehicle warranty depends on the service being done on time and to the manufacturer’s schedule, not on where it is done. We service to OEM spec or better, stamp the logbook and keep the records, so a warranty claim or a resale valuation has the history behind it.
What is diesel fleet maintenance?
Diesel fleet maintenance means your vehicles get serviced to a schedule you set, not when one of them stops. It covers cars, light commercials, trucks and machinery.
We look after fleets of five or more from our diesel mechanic Brisbane workshop in Oxley and our diesel mechanic Sunshine Coast workshop in Warana.
Each vehicle gets a written mechanical report: what was done, what is wearing, and what will need attention at the next service or the one after. That gives you time to budget for a clutch or a set of injectors instead of finding out on a Monday morning. We send service reminders against each vehicle so logbooks stay current, and we fit OEM spec parts or better.
The fee is fixed and quoted before the work starts. If we find something outside the quote, you get a call before we touch it.

Fleet work goes wrong in predictable ways. A quote that grows once the vehicle is on the hoist. A service signed off without anyone telling you the front brakes have a month left in them.
We quote a fixed fee for the scheduled work. If something outside that quote turns up, we ring you before we start on it.
Every vehicle leaves with a written report listing what was replaced, what was measured and what is close to the end of its life, so you can plan the next few months of spend rather than react to it.

Most of the work stays here
Servicing, brakes, batteries, alternators, gearboxes and diagnostics are done in house, along with DPF, EGR and AdBlue cleaning. Auto electrical work is done at our Warana workshop. Fewer handovers means the vehicle comes back sooner.

Diesel repairs and rebuilds
Engine rebuilds, reconditioning and machining, injectors and injection pumps, turbo upgrades and turbo conversions on mechanical pump diesels such as the 1HZ and TD42. Parts carry a 12 month warranty under our published terms.
