Most big diesel bills start small. A weeping injector seal, a sticking EGR valve or a slack belt costs little to fix and a lot to ignore. Catching one at a scheduled service is the difference between a part and a rebuild.
Fuel burn creeps up before anything else shows. Blocked air filters, tired injectors, dragging brakes and soft tyres all add litres per hundred. We check those at each service and flag the ones trending the wrong way, so you can see which vehicle is costing you.
A breakdown costs you the tow, the repair and the job that vehicle was booked for. Planned work happens when you can spare the truck. We book fleet vehicles around your run, and same day or emergency work is there when something does go wrong.
A new vehicle warranty depends on the service being done on time and to the manufacturer’s schedule, not on where it is done. We service to OEM spec or better, stamp the logbook and keep the records, so a warranty claim or a resale valuation has the history behind it.
Diesel fleet maintenance means your vehicles get serviced to a schedule you set, not when one of them stops. It covers cars, light commercials, trucks and machinery.
