The Toyota 1AD is a 2.0 litre four cylinder diesel with a DOHC 16 valve head. It runs common rail direct injection and a turbocharger, with an aluminium block rather than cast iron. Production started in 2005, and the engine went into the Avensis, Auris, Corolla Verso and the RAV4. The 1AD code returns 4 parts here, three bearing sets and one full gasket set.
