The Holden Z20S1 is a 2.0 litre four cylinder turbo diesel with a SOHC 16 valve head and common rail injection. It powered the Holden Captiva CG from 2006 until the 2.2 took over around 2011. Z20S is the lower output version of the same engine, and a number of parts are listed across both codes.This page lists 25 parts for the Z20S1.
Timing belt and tensioner
This engine is driven by a timing belt, not a chain. Belts and the belt tensioner are both stocked. On a diesel the belt is a hard service item, so do the tensioner at the same time rather than twice.
Z20S1 water pump and cooling
Water pumps are listed for the Z20S1 and the Z20S, and the water pump gasket is sold on its own.
Oil pump parts
The oil pump is supplied as separate pieces here: the housing cover, the inner rotor gear and the drive shaft gear. Order once you have the pump apart, because the gears are usually the parts showing the wear.
