Toyota 2GR-FE Rebuild Parts, from Timing Chain Kits

The Toyota 2GR-FE is a 3.5 litre DOHC 24 valve V6, naturally aspirated and port fuel injected rather than direct injected. Toyota fitted it to the Kluger and the Aurion from 2005. The 2GR-FE runs a timing chain, not a belt, and uses variable valve timing gears on the inlet camshafts.Our shelves hold 24 parts for the 2GR-FE.

Timing chain kits, guides and tensioners

Full timing chain sets are listed, plus a version without gears, the lower primary chain on its own, chain guides and a tensioner. Work out whether you are reusing your cam gears before you order, because the no gears kit leaves the variable timing unit out and the inlet VVT gear is sold on its own.

Pistons, bearings and gasket sets

Piston sets, main bearing sets, lower gasket sets, VRS sets and head bolt sets are all stocked. Several are listed across the 1GR-FE as well, the 4.0 litre V6 in the Prado 120, and the main bearings also suit the 2.5 litre 4GR-FE.
