The 2TR-FE is Toyota’s 2.7 litre DOHC 16 valve four cylinder petrol, fuel injected, fitted to the Hilux TGN16 and the Hiace TRH. Our shelves hold 43 parts for the 2TR.
2TR timing components
Genuine and NVP timing chains, chain guides, the number 2 chain damper and the chain tensioner, plus OSK timing sets with or without gears and the number 4 oil pump chain vibration guide. Several of these part numbers are shared with the 3RZ-FE, so send us the engine number if you want it confirmed against your motor.
Engine internals
TIK piston and pin sets for the late DOHC 16 valve EFI engine, and TDC thrust washer sets. Measure the crankshaft end float before you decide the thrust washers need doing.
