Parts for the Toyota 2AZ: Head Gaskets and More

The Toyota 2AZ is a 2.4 litre inline four with a DOHC 16 valve alloy head, naturally aspirated and fed by port electronic fuel injection. Toyota built it from 2000 to about 2012 and fitted it to the Camry ACV36 and ACV40 and the RAV4 ACA33. The FE suffix marks that narrow angle twin cam head and the electronic injection. 30 parts for it are listed here.

Head gaskets and head bolt sets

Full and VRS gasket sets are here for a head off refresh, with lower gasket sets and the inlet manifold gasket also listed. Head bolt sets suit the 1AZ and the 2AZ together, the 1AZ being the 2.0 litre version of the same alloy block. On these the block threads pull out before the bolts themselves let go, so run a bolt down each hole by hand before you order.

Timing chain guides and front covers

The 2AZ uses a timing chain, not a belt. Chain guides and a genuine front timing cover assembly are stocked. The 2AZ-FE archive holds the same engine under its full code.

Water pump and bearing sets
