The Volkswagen CDCA is the 2.0 litre TDI fitted to the Amarok 2H. It is an inline-4 with a DOHC 16 valve head, common rail injection and two sequential turbochargers for 120 kW. It ran from the 2010 launch until 2012, when the 132 kW CSHA replaced it. The CDCA runs a timing belt, not a chain.We stock 11 parts for the CDCA.
CDCA head gasket and gasket sets
The FAI head gasket is the 3 hole, 1.71 mm version. VW grades them one to three holes by piston protrusion, so measure protrusion at the deck before you choose one. FAI, Athena and NVP VRS sets without the head gasket are listed too, plus an Athena lower gasket set.
Crankshaft, conrod and pistons
The NVP forged crankshaft also fits the CDBA, CSHA, CNEA and CNFB. Those share the same 1968 cc block and differ only in turbo layout and output. A new aftermarket conrod and a Yenmak piston and ring set cover the rest of the rotating assembly.

An NVP head bolt set covers reassembly as the stretch bolts are single use. The NVP oil pump belt for the CDCA and CSHA is the short toothed belt inside the sump, not the camshaft belt.
