The Nissan YD25DDTi is a 2.5 litre inline four diesel, DOHC with 16 valves, turbocharged and intercooled, with common rail direct injection. Common rail separates it from the earlier YD25DDT, which ran a distributor type injection pump on the same 2.5 block. It powered the Navara D40 and Pathfinder R51 from 2005, the later D22, and the NP300 D23 from 2015.This page lists 18 parts for the YD25DDTI.
Timing chain guides, gears and tensioner
The YD25DDTi runs a timing chain, not a belt. Chain guides, a genuine left hand tensioner assembly and the crank, cam and fuel pump gears are listed.
Head gasket, pistons and conrod bearings
Head gaskets are listed as NVP and as a genuine early gasket, with a genuine rocker cover gasket for the late Spanish built engine. Piston and ring sets come in 0.5mm oversize and a 44.5mm bowl version, plus ACL conrod bearings. High pressure fuel pump
New Denso high pressure pumps are listed for the D40, D22 and Pathfinder R51 in Euro 3 and Euro 4 versions, so match the pump to the compliance plate. The YD25 page holds the wider family.
