The Isuzu G200 is a 2.0 litre petrol inline four with a single overhead cam and eight valves. The G200 is carburetted and naturally aspirated. Isuzu ran it through the late 1970s and 1980s in the Rodeo KB and the first Trooper. Two of the 2 parts here are G200 only, and the rest are gears shared with the smaller G161 and G180.
G200 timing gears
The camshaft and crankshaft timing gears are each catalogued for the G161 and G180 as well as the G200. One gear number therefore covers all three capacities. The G200 drives its cam by chain rather than a belt, and the chain itself is not listed on this page. Fit the two gears as a pair, since a hooked crank gear will chew a new chain in short order.
Oil pump for the G200
The oil pump is listed for the G200 alone. That line is filed under Holden as well as Isuzu, which is how the Rodeo was badged here.
ACL ring set for the G200
The only piston hardware here is an ACL ring set at 0.50mm oversize, so it suits a block that has already been bored. No standard size set is listed under the G200.
