The Chevrolet 194 is a 194 cubic inch overhead valve inline six, naturally aspirated and carburetted. Chevrolet built the 3.2 litre six from 1962 for the Chevy II and Nova. The 230, 250 and 292 came off the same block and share bearing sizes. Cam drive is by gear, not chain or belt. Willys files 3 parts against the Chevrolet 194, and all three are undersize or oversize rebuild sets.

Main and conrod bearings for the Chevrolet 194

Two bearing sets are listed, an ACL conrod set and a main set, both 0.5mm undersize. The main set is catalogued for the 194, 230, 250 and 292. The conrod set covers the 194, 230 and 250. Measure the journals before you commit, since a reground crank rarely lands on one step. Standard size is not listed here, so a fresh crank needs a different part number.

Oversize rings for the Chevrolet 194

The RIK ring set here is 1mm oversize and is boxed for the Holden 179 as well as the 194. Check your bore size before ordering, since the same box is listed for both.
