The Cummins ISX is a 15 litre inline six heavy truck diesel. It is turbocharged and direct injected, and the cam drive is a gear train rather than a belt or chain. Cummins built it from 1998 and renamed it the X15 in 2017. These parts are filed in our Double Duty Diesel section with the Dodge and Ram stock.Our ISX stock runs to 6 parts.
Exhaust manifolds and turbo kits
A Steed Speed T6 manifold is listed, along with a PDI manifold install kit and a Big Boss compound turbo kit. Titles carry both the ISX and X15 names because the two are the same engine. A T6 flange will not bolt to a standard housing, so check what your turbo mounts to before ordering.
Oil cooling and crankshaft dampers
A Big Boss dual oil cooler and a crankshaft damper are both listed for the ISX. Both are PDI parts rather than Cummins originals.
