The Mercedes OM646 is a 2.1 litre inline four diesel with a DOHC 16 valve head, a turbocharger and common rail injection. It was built from 2002 to 2010 and the badge on the van reads 2.2 CDI. It went into the Sprinter 906, the Vito 639 and the C Class and E Class sedans.We stock 9 parts for the OM646.
OM646 pistons and rings
Piston and ring sets are listed in standard and 0.5mm oversize, from NVP and Yenmak. Each set is cut to one size only, so measure the bore after the block comes back from the machine shop.
