The Nissan QG18DE is a 1.8 litre inline four with a DOHC 16 valve alloy head. The QG18DE is naturally aspirated and multi point fuel injected rather than turbocharged. Nissan built it from 1998 to around 2006 for the Pulsar N16 and the related Almera and Sentra. The QG18DE page holds 5 parts, four of them rebuild hardware and one a water pump.
Pistons, rings and gasket sets
The piston and ring set is listed as a matched set for the 1.8, and a KP VRS gasket set covers the head. Ring sets are sized to the bore, so measure before ordering rather than going off the engine number.
Main bearings and thrust washers
The main bearing set and thrust washers are filed against the GA16DE and QG16DE as well as the QG18DE. Those are 1.6 litre engines, so check the code stamped on the block before you order a set.
The QG18DE water pump and what else is listed
An NPW water pump is listed for the QG16DE and QG18DE together. The QG18DE runs a timing chain rather than a belt, so no belt kit appears on this page.
