The Toyota 5S-FE is a 2.2 litre inline four, DOHC with 16 valves, naturally aspirated with multi point injection. It is the bigger bore, longer stroke version of the 2.0 litre 3S-FE and shares much of its hardware. Toyota fitted it to the Camry SXV10 from 1993 and the Camry SXV20 to 2002, and to the Celica ST204 from 1994 to 1999. There are 17 parts for it here.
Pistons and ring sets
NVP and ACL piston sets, piston and ring combinations, and ring sets in standard and 1mm oversize. The 5S-FE bore is 87mm against 86mm for the 3S-FE, so measure the block before assuming a 3S set will do.
Timing belts
The 5S-FE runs a timing belt, not a chain. Belts are listed across the 3S-FE and 5S-FE because the front of the engine is the same.
