The Ford Mazda WLAT is a 2.5 litre inline four diesel with SOHC and 12 valves. It is turbocharged and intercooled, with common rail direct injection. The WLAT was built from 2006 to 2011 for the Ford Ranger PJ and PK and the Mazda BT-50 UN. The 3.0 litre WEAT has a 96 mm bore against 93 mm, and half these parts fit both.Our shelves hold 10 parts for the WLAT.
Timing belt, water pump and thermostat
The WLAT runs a timing belt, not a chain. An NVP camshaft timing belt is listed for the WLAT alone. The NPW water pump and genuine thermostat are boxed for the WL, WLAT and WEAT together.
Injection pump and injector seals
A Bosch high pressure injection pump for the WEAT and WLAT, and genuine injector tube seals for the pair. Match the Bosch number on your old pump before ordering.
Camshaft, rocker arm, rings and bearings
An NVP camshaft for the SOHC 12 valve WL and WLAT. An NVP rocker arm shared with the WL-C, WEAT and WEC. An NDC conrod bearing set and a TP ring set. The ring set is 1mm oversize only, so it needs a bored block. Do not substitute a 3.0 ring set, the bores differ. The naturally aspirated WL is the earlier indirect injection 2.5, and the camshaft here is boxed for it too.
