The Great Wall 4D20 is a 2.0 litre inline-4 turbo diesel with a DOHC 16 valve head. It runs a variable geometry turbo and common rail injection. In Australia it powered the V200 ute and X200 wagon from 2011 to 2014. The Steed diesel used it from 2016 to 2020. The V240 is the 2.4 litre petrol and does not use it.The 4D20 list runs to 10 parts.
Head gasket, head bolts and bare head
A head gasket, a head bolt set and a bare cylinder head are listed. The bare head is machined for Bosch injectors, and plenty of 4D20s left the factory with Delphi injectors instead. 4D20 pistons, rings and bearings
The NVP piston set is standard size only, with a separate NVP ring set. The main and conrod bearing sets are standard size too, so a ground crank needs a different source. The 4D20 runs a timing belt, not a chain, but no belt kit is listed on this page.
4D20 full gasket set
One full gasket set is listed for a complete rebuild. Check its contents before adding the single head gasket, or you buy it twice.
