Do you only service diesels?
No. Willys Workshop is a full mechanical workshop. We service and repair petrol and diesel cars, utes, SUVs and light commercials, all makes and models, right alongside the diesel and 4WD work. Both Oxley and Warana do it.
Will a logbook service with you void my new-car warranty?
No it won’t. The law here lets you service your car at any qualified independent workshop without touching your warranty, provided the manufacturer’s schedule gets followed and the parts meet spec. That’s exactly what we do, and we stamp your logbook, so the warranty stays good.
What does a logbook service include?
We work to the manufacturer’s schedule for your exact model and your odometer reading. Usually that means oil and filter, the fluid checks and top-ups, brakes and tyres, belts and hoses, plus a full safety inspection. Book gets stamped when it’s done.
How often should I service my car?
For most cars it’s every six to twelve months or every ten to fifteen thousand kilometres, whichever lands first. Your logbook is the boss on the exact interval for your model. Cover big distances or do a lot of short stop-start trips and you’ll want to service it more often.
Can you do a roadworthy or safety inspection?
Yep. We carry out safety and roadworthy inspections and give you a clear, honest report on what passes and what doesn’t. If something needs fixing to get it through, we’ll quote that before any work starts.
Do you fix brakes, batteries and general repairs too?
Too right. Brakes, batteries, charging, cooling, suspension, general mechanical repairs, that’s everyday work in here. We find the actual fault first, then quote it and fix it. Petrol or diesel, makes no difference to us.
Do you use quality parts?
We do. The components we fit meet or beat manufacturer spec, so your warranty holds and the repair lasts. When the job calls for it we’ll go genuine or a reputable original-equipment part, and we’ll tell you what’s going on the car before it does.
How long does a service take and can I wait?
A straightforward minor service we’ll often knock over the same day, and if you’re pushed for time we can talk through a faster turnaround. Bigger services and repairs take longer, fair enough. We’ll give you a realistic timeframe when you book.
Which locations can I book at?
Two Queensland workshops, Oxley in Brisbane and Warana on the Sunshine Coast. Pick whichever’s closest and get your car booked in. Same qualified blokes at both, same honest approach.
