Mitsubishi 6G75 Engine Parts

The Mitsubishi 6G75 is a 3.8 litre 60 degree V6, SOHC with 24 valves, naturally aspirated with multi point injection, and MIVEC valve timing on the later engines. It is the bored and stroked version of the 3.5 litre 6G74. Mitsubishi fitted it to the Pajero from the NP of 2003 through the NS, NT, NW and NX to 2021.We carry 19 parts for the 6G75.

Timing belt kits and water pumps

The 6G75 runs a timing belt, not a chain. Belt sets with the hydraulic tensioner, idler pulleys and water pumps, all listed across the 6G72, 6G74 and 6G75 because the front of the engine is common to the family.

6G75 gasket sets

KP VRS sets for the non VCT engine, a genuine full set for the late engine and a Permaseal intake manifold set. The sets split at the MIVEC change, so check for the MIVEC cover before ordering a VRS set.

6G75 pistons, rings and bearings

TIK piston sets, NPR and TP ring sets in standard and 0.5mm oversize, main bearing sets and thrust washers. The bearings are shared with the 6G74, the pistons and rings are 6G75 only because of the larger bore.
