Whether you need a genuine-style replacement or a bolt-on upgrade for stronger boost and response on your Landcruiser, Patrol, Hilux, Ranger, BT-50 or D-Max, we stock direct-fit and high-flow options to suit. A turbo upgrade is one of the biggest single gains you can make on a tuned diesel, but it needs to be matched to your fuel, exhaust and power target to drive well. Diesel turbos, turbo kits & turbocharger parts
Complete turbochargers, bolt-on turbo kits and the parts to fit them — all matched to their engine, not a universal guess. The range runs from drop-in upgrades and serious hardware like BorgWarner S300-series and compound kits for Cummins builds, through to turbine housings, v-band flanges and clamps, compressor elbows, oil feed lines, studs and gaskets. Supplied and fitted at Oxley (Brisbane) or Warana (Sunshine Coast), or shipped Australia-wide.

Back up your turbo
A bigger turbo works best as a system. Pair it with an upgraded intercooler to keep intake temps down, a high-flow air intake to feed it, and a high-flow exhaust so it can breathe. Running more boost on a tuned engine? Ask us about matching injectors and a professional dyno tune.
Turbocharger FAQs
Will an upgrade turbo need a tune?
Any turbo that flows more than stock needs a matched tune to make safe, reliable power — boost, fuelling and EGTs all change together. We tune in-house on the dyno at Oxley and Warana, so your turbo and tune are set up as one package.
Can Willys Workshop fit my turbo?
Yes — we supply and fit turbochargers at both workshops, Oxley in Brisbane and Warana on the Sunshine Coast, including intercooler, intake and exhaust supporting mods, then heat-cycle and dyno-check the result.
What supporting mods does a turbo upgrade need?
At minimum: a quality intercooler, a high-flow exhaust and a professional tune. Depending on power goals you may also need upgraded injectors, a lift pump and EGT monitoring — tell us your goal and we’ll spec the full package.
