The Nissan TD27 is a 2.7 litre four cylinder diesel with a pushrod overhead valve head and indirect injection. It was built naturally aspirated, with a turbocharged TD27T also offered. Production ran from the mid 1980s into the early 2000s. It went into the Navara D21, the Urvan and the Terrano.Stock for the TD27 runs to 7 parts.
TD27 main and conrod bearing sets
Most of this page is bottom end bearings in standard and race grades from ACL, NDC and TDC. Many of these sets are filed against the ZD30 as well, which is a 3.0 litre direct injection engine rather than the 2.7 pushrod TD27. Order by the size stamped on your old shells, not by what the last rebuild was meant to be.
TD27 piston rings
A RIK ring set is listed in 0.5mm oversize for the TD27. Check the bore before ordering, because a standard set will not seal a block that has already been opened up.
