The Daewoo A15MF is a 1.5 litre petrol inline four, 8 valve single overhead cam, naturally aspirated and multipoint injected. Daewoo built it from about 1994 to 2002 for the Cielo and Lanos 1.5. It is a GM Family 1 design, so bearings and seals cross over with Holden Barina and Astra C14SE and C16XE. The A15MF runs a timing belt, not a chain.We list 12 parts for the A15MF.
Timing belt tensioner, idler and water pump
An NVP timing belt tensioner, a timing belt idler pulley shared with the A16DMS and F16D3, and a FAI water pump. The belt drives the water pump on this engine, so fit the pump with the tensioner and idler rather than opening the front cover twice.
Gaskets and head bolts
Permaseal rocker cover, exhaust manifold and sump gaskets, and an NVP head bolt set shared with the A16DMS.
Bearings and ring sets
An ACL main bearing set that also covers the Holden C16XE and X16XE, a second main set for the A15MF and A16DMS, a RIK ring set and a ring set at 0.5mm oversize.
