The Hyundai G4FC is a 1.6 litre Gamma inline four with twin cams and sixteen valves, port injected and naturally aspirated. It ran in the i30 FD, the Elantra and the Accent MC 1.6, and Kia used the same block. It is not the G4FJ, which is the turbocharged direct injection 1.6 from the same family.We hold 6 parts for the G4FC.
G4FC timing chain set
The G4FC runs a timing chain, not a belt. The set listed here covers the chain and its gears and is shared with the 1.4 litre G4FA. Worn chains on the Gamma rattle on a cold start, so look at the tensioner and the guides once the cover is off.
G4FC main and conrod bearings
Main, conrod and thrust bearing sets are listed. They are catalogued against the G4FA, G4FD and G4FJ as well. That is supplier grouping rather than a claim that one shell suits every Gamma, so confirm the size mark on the crank web before you order.

The piston set listed is 0.5 mm oversize, so it suits a block that has already been bored. Measure the bore rather than assuming it is standard.
