The Duramax L5P is a 6.6 litre turbocharged V8 diesel, built with a pushrod valvetrain and common rail direct injection. GM has fitted the L5P since 2017 to the Silverado and Sierra 2500 and 3500. Every listing here bolts to the Allison automatic behind the engine, not into it. Transmission cooling and one billet shaft are the whole of the 3 parts under the Duramax L5P.
L5P transmission cooler kits
Fluidyne lists two heavy duty coolers, one cut for 2017 to 2019 trucks and the other for 2020 to 2024. GM changed the transmission behind the L5P part way through that run, so match the kit to the build year. Neither cooler is a factory replacement part.

The third listing is a TCS billet input shaft for the 2017 to 2019 Allison, stronger than the standard part. Nothing filed under the L5P here is an engine internal part, and the camshaft runs off a gear train.
