The Holden C22SEL is a 2.2 litre inline four with a DOHC 16 valve head, fuel injected and naturally aspirated. It is an Opel Family II unit that Holden used through the 1990s. The parts here are filed under the Astra and Vectra, including the Vectra JR 2.2. The C22SEL runs a timing belt, not a chain.We carry 7 parts for the C22SEL.
C22SEL piston and ring sets
Two piston lines are listed. One is a piston and ring set that also carries C22SE and Daewoo C20SE numbers, since the C22SE shares the same 2.2 litre bore. The other is a piston set in 0.5mm oversize for a rebored block.
C22SEL timing belt
The timing belt listed is the DOHC 16 valve part, shared with the X22SE and the Z24SED.
C22SEL main and conrod bearings
Main and conrod bearing sets are both listed. The conrod set spans the C18SEL, C20JE and C22NE as well. The main set carries X20SED and X22SE numbers.

A head bolt set and a front crankshaft seal make up the rest. The head bolts are torque to yield, so plan on new ones whenever the head comes off.
