Renault M9T Engine Parts

The Renault M9T is a 2.3 litre inline four, DOHC 16 valve, common rail turbo diesel. It has been built in single and twin turbo form since 2010. Nissan fits the same engine to the Navara NP300 D23 as the YS23, and it powers the Renault Master and the Mercedes X-Class. The M9T runs a timing chain, not a belt. We hold 16 parts for this engine.

Timing chain and oil pump chain sets

Two NVP timing chain sets, one with gears and one without, and an NVP oil pump chain set. If the old chain had stretched enough to rattle, the sprockets are hooked too: take the set with gears.

Bearings, pistons and rings

TDC and FAI main bearing sets, conrod bearing sets from FAI, ACL and TDC, and a Yenmak piston and ring set.

Gasket sets, seals and head bolts

A Victor Reinz VRS gasket set without the front crankshaft seal, plus a lower gasket set, head bolt set and NVP rear main seal. The VRS set also covers the M9R, the 2.0 litre of the same M9 family. The head bolt set covers the 3.0 litre V9X V6 as well.
