The Isuzu 4FB1 is a 1.8 litre naturally aspirated diesel four, mechanically injected and fitted to the Gemini. Isuzu ran the 4FB1 from the late 1970s into the 1980s, and Willys files it under Gemini rather than Rodeo. The 4ZD1 and 4ZE1 that share these part numbers are petrol engines of 2.0 and 2.6 litres. Crankshaft thrust washers for the Isuzu 4FB1
Three thrust washer sets are listed, two from NDC and one from TDC. One NDC set is boxed with the G161Z and G180Z petrol engines. The other NDC set and the TDC set carry the 4FC1, 4ZD1 and 4ZE1. Thrust washers come in standard and oversize thicknesses, so measure crank end float with a dial gauge before picking one.
