At Willy’s Workshop we work on the full modern Audi diesel range across both of our Queensland locations. The 3.0 V6 TDI in particular is a strong, capable engine, but like every common-rail diesel running EGR, a DPF and an AdBlue/SCR system, it has well-documented service needs and known failure points. Carbon build-up on the intake, EGR cooler cracking, DPF loading and AdBlue dosing faults are issues we see regularly and know how to diagnose and resolve correctly the first time rather than throwing parts at a fault code.
