Nissan CA20 Engine Parts

The Nissan CA20 is a 2.0 litre petrol inline four, SOHC with 8 valves and naturally aspirated. It came carburetted as the CA20S and fuel injected as the CA20E, and Nissan built it from 1981 into the early 1990s for the Bluebird U11, the Vanette van and the 720 ute. The CA20 runs a timing belt, not a chain.We carry 11 parts for the CA20.

CA20 main and conrod bearings

NDC main bearing sets in standard and 1mm undersize, an NDC copper lead main set, and an ACL Race conrod bearing set in 0.25mm undersize, boxed across the 1.6 litre CA16 and 1.8 litre CA18 because the crank journals match. Measure the journals before ordering: the 1mm undersize set only suits a crank ground well past the first cut.

Ring sets and water pump

An NVP ring set, a Hastings set in 0.5mm oversize and an NPW water pump listed for the CA20 alone. The carburetted CA20S and the injected CA20E have their own pages.

CA20 gaskets

A KP Multifit VRS gasket set, an NVP rocker cover gasket and an exhaust manifold gasket shared with the CA16 and CA18.
