The Toyota 1C is a 1.8 litre diesel inline four, SOHC with 8 valves, naturally aspirated with indirect injection through swirl chambers and a mechanical distributor pump. Toyota built it from 1982 into the early 1990s for the Corolla CE70, CE80 and CE90 and the Corona CT140 and CT150. The 1C runs a timing belt, not a chain.We carry 10 parts for the Toyota 1C.
Timing belt set and tensioner pulley
An NVP timing belt set boxed for the 1C and the 2.0 litre 2C, and a tensioner pulley for the same pair. The pulley is titled as a chain tensioner in the listing, but it is the belt tensioner.
1C pistons, rings and bearings
Piston sets and a piston and ring set in 1mm oversize, NDC conrod bearings, main bearings in 0.25mm undersize and a thrust washer set. The bearings and thrust washers carry the 2C on the box because the crank is shared, but the pistons here are 1C only, so check the code stamped on the block before ordering pistons.
Oil pump
A diesel oil pump listed for the 1C alone. The turbocharged version has its own 1C-T page.
