Exhaust systems and parts for diesel utes, 4WDs and V8 performance cars, most of them from Australian maker Manta. Pick the section of the exhaust you are replacing, or shop by vehicle: the LandCruiser, Commodore and Falcon are covered most deeply, and DPF-back systems are the usual choice on a modern diesel.

Where each system starts
- DPF-back: behind the factory diesel particulate filter, the usual road upgrade on a modern diesel.
- Turbo-back: from the turbo outlet, dump pipe included, best paired with a tune.
- Full exhaust systems: complete kits for diesel utes and 4WDs, listed with or without a converter.
- Cat-back: behind the catalytic converter, for petrol 4x4s and older diesels without a filter.
- Full systems: extractors to tailpipe, mostly for V8 Commodores and Falcons.
- Extractor-back: behind aftermarket extractors on 1HZ and 1FZ LandCruisers and classic Falcons.
Fixing one section instead of the lot
A rusted pipe or a blown muffler on an otherwise sound system doesn't mean buying a whole kit. Mufflers, pipe and tube, mandrel bends, flex bellows, tips and tailpipes and sensor bungs are all listed on their own, so a workshop can repair a run or build one to suit a tray-back or long range tank. Extractors and manifolds, catalytic converters, and engine and down pipes have their own sections too.
Get the fit right first time
Order against the build date and engine code rather than the model year on the rego, because manufacturers change specification mid-run. Cab style, wheelbase and a DPF or non-DPF build all change the part. If the vehicle carries a tray, long range tank, dual battery tray or rear bar, check clearance before you buy. Material matters as well: aluminised steel is sound value inland, and stainless lasts longer near the coast.
Road use, noise and freight
A road-registered vehicle has to keep any DPF or catalytic converter it was built with, and anything supplied without a converter is for off-road and competition vehicles. Read DPF laws in Australia if you are weighing it up. Noise limits are set by each state and tested with the engine held at a set speed. Everything ships Australia-wide, with freight worked out in the cart from the items, their size and your address.
Exhaust FAQs
Do you fit exhausts or only supply them?
Both. Bring the vehicle to Oxley or Warana and we'll fit it, or we'll send the system to you or your local exhaust shop anywhere in Australia.
Is a DPF-back or a turbo-back better for my diesel?
For a road-registered diesel built with a DPF, the DPF-back, because it keeps the filter. A turbo-back changes more, starting at the turbo, and suits vehicles built without a filter, ideally with a tune to match. Tell us the vehicle and how it is used and we'll recommend one.
How long does an exhaust take to arrive?
In-stock Manta parts ordered before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Complete systems and other long items then travel by road freight, usually 3 to 10 business days. Smaller parts usually arrive within 2 to 10 business days of dispatch, depending on where you are.
Is freight the same for a muffler as for a full system?
No. Manta parts are charged by size: small fittings go on a parcel rate, long parts such as mufflers, pipes and converters on a long-goods rate, and complete systems on the system rate. Order several Manta parts together and you pay one Manta freight charge, set by the largest item, because they ship as one consignment.
