TB45 rebuild kits
Our TB45 engine rebuild kit is the one with timing included. To build it piece by piece, we carry TIK piston sets, RIK and TP ring sets, ACL, Taiho and NDC main and conrod bearing sets, camshaft bearings, head bolt sets, and KP full, VRS and lower gasket sets. If the block has been machined, send us the machine shop figures and we will confirm what you need. Several bearing sets are shared with the TB42 and TB48, and the head bolt set with the TB42, so the titles list those codes too.
ECUs and extractors
Haltech Elite 750 and Elite 2500 ECU kits are listed for the Y60 and Y61 Patrol with the TB45. There are also extractors, including a stainless set, for the GQ and GU six-cylinder Patrol and Maverick. Tell us your build date or engine number and we will confirm fitment. Exhaust and driveline for the petrol Patrol
Manta full systems and cat-back systems are listed for the petrol GU. Keep the catalytic converter on a road-registered vehicle. On the driveline side there are NPC clutch kits, a billet steel flywheel to suit a 300mm clutch, and clutch master and slave cylinders for the GQ and GU.

NPW water pump, Powerbond harmonic balancer, timing chain set and tensioner, camshaft followers, and genuine front crankshaft and rear main seals. During a rebuild, fit the timing chain set and the tensioner together rather than reusing the old tensioner.
