The Honda F22A is a 2.2 litre four cylinder petrol engine with a single overhead camshaft and sixteen valves. The F22A is naturally aspirated and multi point fuel injected. This non VTEC version was built from 1990 until the mid 1990s. It went into the Honda Prelude on the BA and BB chassis, and into the Accord CB.Our shelves hold 6 parts for the F22A.
Timing belt pulleys
Two timing pulleys are listed, both shared with the 2.3 litre H23A. The F22A runs a timing belt, not a chain, so treat it as a service item. The two pulleys carry different part numbers, so check TBT1430 against TBT1431 before you order.
F22A gaskets and seals
A KP full gasket set covers a complete strip, and a rocker cover gasket is listed on its own for the usual cam cover weep. Some of these sets also suit the F22B, which shares the same 85mm bore.
Pistons, bearings and other F22A parts
