These Hilux exhausts are made by Manta, the Australian exhaust maker. Most of the complete systems are for the N80 2.8L (GUN126R) and the N70 3.0L (KUN26), in 3 inch or 4 inch. The N70 4.0L V6 has a 2.5 inch cat-back, and the LN167 and LN172 5L have extractors with a 2.5 inch system.
Turbo-back kits are listed with or without a cat, and with a muffler, a hotdog or no muffler. Older Hiluxes are covered by extractors, dump pipes, mufflers and tail pipes. Each listing names its material, aluminised or stainless steel, in the specs.
If your vehicle was built with a DPF, the filter has to stay fitted and working on public roads, so choose a DPF-back system or a turbo-back that keeps it. Kits listed without a cat are made for off-road and competition vehicles. DPF laws in Australia sets out the rules.
