Exhausts for the Ford Ranger from the PJ and PK through the PX, PX2 and PX3 to the Next Gen. Nearly all are Manta kits, and many PX kits also list the Mazda BT-50, which shares its engines. Most systems are 3 inch. Turbo-back kits come with or without a cat, and DPF-back kits suit the models built with a filter. For the Next Gen V6 diesel there are 3 inch kits with twin side-exit tips in black or chrome and 4 inch kits, and the DPF-back pipes also list the VW Amarok V6.
For the Next Gen Ranger Raptor's 3.0L twin-turbo V6 there are two Manta twin 3 inch systems with bimodal valve integration: a turbo-back with hi-flow cats and a cat-back. Manta also lists the dump pipes and cats on their own, and DSR Performance makes down pipes with 200-cell cats and resonator-delete tail pipes. The earlier PX Raptor 2.0L diesel has a 4 inch DPF-back.
If your vehicle was built with a DPF, the filter has to stay fitted and working on public roads, so choose a DPF-back system or a turbo-back that keeps it. Kits listed without a cat are made for off-road and competition vehicles. DPF laws in Australia sets out the rules.
