Two kinds of Bosch diesel part are listed here. The first is common-rail injectors and high pressure pumps for the PJ and PK Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50, the Nissan Patrol ZD30, the early 2.8 Colorado, the Hyundai iLoad and the 4P10 Mitsubishi Fuso Canter. The second is mechanical injection parts for Cummins and older diesels: a P7100 pump, P pump and VE pump spares, and an injector set for the 24 valve Cummins.

Common-rail parts: check the engine and year
Ranger and BT-50 injectors are listed separately for the 2.5 and 3.0 litre engines, so confirm which one is in the vehicle. The Colorado parts suit the 2.8 litre without a DPF, built up to October 2013. On a Patrol, check whether the engine is the earlier ZD30DI or the later common-rail ZD30 before ordering, because they take different fuel system parts. Our ZD30 injector and pump guide covers the symptoms and the options, and other makes are under common-rail injectors.
Cummins P7100 and VE pump spares
The P7100 is the inline pump on the later 12 valve Cummins, and we list a complete Farrell built pump alongside delivery valve springs and a diaphragm for it. For VE pump engines there is the fuel shut-off solenoid, a common reason a diesel cranks but will not start. The six-injector set suits 1998.5 to 2002 Cummins with the VP44 pump. More Cummins fuel parts are under Double Duty Diesel and mechanical injection pumps.
Bosch injector FAQs
Do new Bosch common-rail injectors need coding?
Most do. A common-rail injector carries a correction code that the ECU uses to balance fuelling between cylinders, and on many engines it has to be entered with a scan tool when the injector goes in. We code injectors when we fit them in the workshop; if you are fitting your own, check your scan tool can do it.
Should I test injectors before replacing them?
Yes, especially on a high-kilometre engine where you are weighing a single against a full set. Our injector testing and cleaning shows how each injector is flowing, so you replace what has actually worn rather than guessing.
How much is a Bosch injector for the PJ/PK Ranger?
The 3.0L injector for the PJ/PK Ranger and BT-50 is $490.00 each, or $1,895.00 as a set of four. The 2.5L engine takes a different injector, so check the engine size first.
Can I return an injector I no longer need?
Yes, within 30 days if it is unused, not fitted and in its original packaging, with a 15% restocking fee and the return postage at your cost. Once an injector has been fitted it can't come back for a change of mind, but a faulty part is still covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
