Gaskets, seals and the timing belt
For head work there is a full gasket set and a separate rocker cover gasket. The lower gasket set comes with a rear main seal. A genuine GM rear main seal, a front crankshaft seal and a Victor Reinz exhaust manifold gasket are also sold on their own. The camshaft is driven by a belt, and the timing belt set is listed for the LWN and LWH in the 2.8 Colorado.
Rings, bearings, rocker gear and head bolts
The TP ring set is for a 94.0 mm standard bore, with 2.0, 1.5 and 4.0 mm rings, and it suits TIK pistons only. The ACL main bearing set holds five main bearings and is also listed for the LVN and the Chrysler ENJ, ENR and ENS. The head bolt set covers the LWH, LWN, LKH and LVN. HP Diesel intercooler kit
The HPD intercooler kit is listed for the RG Colorado 2.8 built from MY2014, the version with an electronic solenoid on the throttle body and a plastic intake manifold. HPD makes a different kit, IK-HC-F, for 2012 and 2013 builds with the pneumatic diaphragm and the aluminium manifold, so check your throttle body before you order. The core is a 600 x 300 x 76 mm bar and plate.

Which pistons do the TP rings suit?
The TP ring set is listed for TIK pistons only, in a 94.0 mm standard bore. If your engine runs another piston brand, or the bores have been machined oversize, send us the details and we will check the right rings.
