Genuine Hyundai engine parts for the Santa Fe and iLoad, plus the Kia models that share the same engines. The list covers timing chains, guides and tensioners, camshaft and valvetrain parts, gaskets, pistons, conrods, oil pumps and water pumps. The D4CB 2.5 diesel has the longest list, followed by the D4HB and D4EB diesels, the G4NA to G4NC petrol fours and the G6D V6s.

D4CB parts for the iLoad
For the 2.5 litre D4CB there are timing chain guides, the camshaft sprocket, oil pumps, glow plugs, thrust washers, conrod bearings, rocker covers and gaskets. Some of these changed during production. Injector clamp bolts, for example, are listed separately for engines with early Bosch injectors, and the camshaft cradle gasket is listed for the late engine. Check which version you have before ordering. The D4CB page and the iLoad range also carry the aftermarket kits.
Santa Fe and Kia engines
The diesel parts here are mostly for the D4HB and D4EB, both used in the Santa Fe, and the petrol parts cover the G4NA, G4NB and G4NC fours and the G6DA to G6DC V6s. Many of these engines also went into Kia models, which is why titles read Hyundai Kia. Match the engine code on the listing to the code on your engine rather than the model name. Aftermarket options are on the Santa Fe and Kia pages.
Building the engine back up
If the engine is coming apart, pair the genuine timing and valvetrain parts with a full gasket set and bearings sized to the machine work. Ring sets and conrods are listed for several of these engines, and our guide to bearing and piston sizes explains which measurements we need. Would you rather hand the job over? Genuine Hyundai parts FAQs
Do Kia engines use the same parts?
Where the engine code matches, they usually do. Hyundai and Kia share engines such as the D4CB and the G6D V6s, and parts listed as Hyundai Kia suit both. Go by the engine code, not the badge on the tailgate.
Do you list major engine parts or only small items?
Both. Alongside rocker arms, seals and bolts there is a genuine new block for the G4KG at $3,950.00 and a genuine crankshaft for the D4EB at $1,685.00.
How quickly do genuine Hyundai parts ship?
Genuine Hyundai parts that show as in stock and are ordered before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. A part shown as available to order lists its dispatch time on the product page.
