This high-performance engine rebuild kit bundles the major components needed to fully recondition the Mazda Ford P5AT for strengthened, higher-output service.

Description
This is the High Performance rebuild kit for the P5AT, the 3.2-litre five-cylinder turbo diesel fitted to the Ford Ranger PX, PX2 and PX3, the Everest UA and UA2, and the Mazda BT-50 UP and UR. It covers pistons, rings, bearings and a full gasket set.
Choose your piston and ring size and main bearing size from your machine shop figures; the bearing and piston sizes guide explains how they are read. The 2.2-litre four-cylinder P4AT does not share these parts, so check which engine you have before ordering. See the rest of our P5AT parts.

Fitted in-store at our Oxley (Brisbane) and Warana (Sunshine Coast) workshops, where we carry out full engine rebuilds, or shipped to you.

Warranty: 12 months on parts from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is later (clause 7.1(b) of our terms and conditions).

If a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee. Full returns policy.
Damaged or faulty: please check the goods before you sign the delivery note and tell us straight away if anything arrived damaged in transit. If a part is faulty, contact us and we’ll sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
