Description
Genuine Continental (Siemens VDO) common-rail diesel injectors, a complete set of 5 for the Ford PX 2 & 3 Ranger / Mazda Bt-50 3.2L DPF Type (). OE part number A2C8139490080-5. The injector atomises and precisely meters diesel into the cylinder under extreme rail pressure. Worn, leaking or out-of-spec injectors are a common cause of rough running, smoke and hard starting on these engines.
Signs an injector is failing
- Rough or uneven idle, diesel knock or rattle
- Hard starting or extended cranking
- Black or white exhaust smoke
- Loss of power or hesitation under load
- Increased fuel consumption
- A misfire or out-of-range injector balance / compensation reading on one cylinder

Damaged or faulty: please check the goods before you sign the delivery note and tell us straight away if anything arrived damaged in transit. If a part is faulty, contact us and we’ll sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Fitting: common-rail injectors are calibration-coded to the vehicle. Your installer will need a scan tool to write the new injector codes to the ECU after fitting. We can fit and code them for you at Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
