HPD’s Nissan TD42 GQ Patrol front mount intercooler kit, with it size of 300x280x76mm core is the perfect combo for HPD’s GQ turbo kit capable of supporting up to 110kw at the wheels all day every day and will maintain a stable cool inlet temperature allowing peace of mind in even the most arid and rugged conditions.
mounted on the front of the vehicle ensures the maximum performance and reliability you know and expect from a HPD product.
This kit comes with everything need to do the installation, from all the nuts, bolts and washers right through to the aluminium intercooler piping and silicon joiners.
HPD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability and consistent sustainable power.
By reducing inlet temperatures, you will also reduce engine running temperatures, this provides a safe operating environment and the performance you expect from your Diesel 4wd.
If you’re looking at something a little larger for higher power options, we have our [IK-GQ424-F]() (450X300X76) OR [IK-GQ426-F]() (600X300X76) option available and is capable of 200+ kw’s at the wheels.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
