This engine rebuild kit brings together the core components needed to fully recondition a Nissan TD42T in one fitment-matched package.

Description

The TD42T is the factory turbo version of Nissan’s 4.2-litre inline-six diesel in the Patrol GU Y61. Naturally aspirated and turbo TD42s take different pistons, so if you are adding a turbo, order the turbo-upgrade kit instead. This kit is a matched set, with pistons, rings, bearings and gaskets specified together for the block.

Piston and ring, main bearing and conrod bearing sizes are selectable in standard and machined sizes (oversize pistons and rings, undersize bearings). See bearing and piston sizes, then tell us what the block and crank have been machined to and we will confirm. Browse all TD42T parts.

Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
