This engine rebuild kit brings together the core components needed to fully recondition a Toyota 3L in one fitment-matched package.
Description
This rebuild kit suits the Toyota 3L, the 2.8-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated diesel fitted to the Hilux LN106, LN107 and LN111, and the Hiace. It covers pistons, rings, bearings and a full gasket set.
Most 3Ls that come across the bench have been machined at least once, so order to measured sizes rather than assuming standard. Set your piston and ring size, main bearing size and conrod bearing size above, and use the bearing and piston sizes guide if you need to match your machine shop figures. Warranty: 12 months on parts from the date of purchase or installation, whichever is later (clause 7.1(b) of our terms and conditions).
Returns: 30 days to change your mind. Parts need to be unused and in their original packaging; a 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost. Damaged or faulty: please check the goods before you sign the delivery note and tell us straight away if anything arrived damaged in transit. If a part is faulty, contact us and we’ll sort it out. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
