American diesel trucks respond brilliantly to a proper custom tune. We write the calibration specifically for your truck on our in-house dyno — never a generic off-the-shelf file — and load it as a switchable multi-map setup so you can run an economy map around town, a torque-biased towing map under load, and full power when you want it, all from a switch.

Because a big-power diesel is only as good as the gearbox behind it, we also tune the Allison (Duramax) and Aisin/68RFE (RAM) automatic transmissions — firmer, faster shifts, stronger torque-converter lock-up and smarter shift points that eliminate hunting, flaring and limp-mode under load. Engine and transmission tuned together is how a US truck tows properly.

Do you tune Cummins, Power Stroke and Duramax?
Yes — RAM 6.7L Cummins, Ford 6.7L Power Stroke and Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax are all custom-tuned in-house at our Oxley and Warana workshops.
What is a switchable multi-map tune?
We load several maps you can switch between — an economy map for fuel saving, a torque-biased towing map, a street map for everyday driving and a performance map for full power. You change the truck’s character on the fly.
Do you tune the transmission as well?
Yes. We tune the Allison (Duramax) and Aisin/68RFE (RAM) automatic transmissions for firmer, faster shifts and stronger lock-up, which is essential to handle the extra engine torque when towing.
Will a tune help with towing?
Absolutely — the towing maps build mid-range torque and improve throttle response and shift control under load, making heavy towing smoother and more controlled.
Do I have to delete my emissions?
No. Our American truck tuning keeps your emissions hardware intact — the gains above come from a properly written calibration, not from removing equipment.
