We fit ProVent catch can kits almost every week at Willys Workshop, one of the most worthwhile protection upgrades for any common-rail diesel.
This ProVent oil catch can kit (part PLPV671DPC) is the direct-fit kit for the NEXT-GEN RANGER / EVEREST V6. It stops oil vapour from the crankcase breather fouling your intake, intercooler and EGR system, a known failure path on common-rail diesels.
Direction-Plus ProVent system separates and redirects oil and air from blow-by gas produced from within the crankcase, which also provides the option of returning the oil back to the sump. By not fitting a Direction-Plus ProVent Ultimate Catch Can system in your vehicle it is likely that your engine will experience a progressive reduction in performance.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
