Modern diesel engines utilise Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems to reduce emissions. Unfortunately, this allows oily crankcase vapours and exhaust soot to combine inside the intake system, creating carbon sludge that can restrict airflow, reduce performance and contribute to premature engine wear. The HPD Catch Can intercepts these oil vapours before they enter the intake, helping keep your engine cleaner and operating at its best.
Manufactured in Australia from precision CNC-machined billet aluminium, the HPD Catch Can features an advanced 8-layer stainless steel filtration system that efficiently separates oil and contaminants from the crankcase ventilation system. Unlike disposable filter-style catch cans, the HPD system is fully serviceable, with no replacement cartridges required.
Designed as a complete vehicle-specific kit, installation is straightforward with laser-cut mounting brackets, oil-resistant hoses, quality fittings and comprehensive instructions included. The integrated dipstick allows quick oil level inspections, while the removable bowl makes servicing simple.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
