Description
The Series 2 Mitsubishi Pajero Intercooler kit is designed for all the guys that want to make increase of torque and power and at the same time those looking for increased reliability, when towing or touring. The kit has been designed to allow a winch to be easily fitted whilst still using the huge SERIES 2 core. HPD has moved the intercooler up higher than the previous first generation kits and changed the piping to run through the radiator support panel. This has allowed the piping to be shortened and reduce the amount of silicone joins as well as further enhancing response.
The factory Mitsubishi intercooler core size is 470x185x65mm, giving a surface area of 870cm², and a volume of 5650cc.
Our Series 2 intercooler measures 500x240x76mm, giving an improved surface area of 1200cm², and a larger volume of 9120cc.
That’s an increase of 38% in surface area cooling, and 61% more charge air cooling volume!
This Mitsubishi Pajero series 2 intercooler kit responds well with engine tuning. With the cooler intake tempatures produced from HPD’s intercooler kit enables a safe increase in torque and power.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
