Description
This High Performance Diesel intercooler kit has been designed to suit current model RA (Next-Gen) Ford Ranger 2022 onwards with 3.0Lt V6 engine (INCLUDING the SUPER DUTY). The intercooler delivers reduced inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures. This kit allows fitment of a winch and bull bar and re-positions the intercooler into a higher position that is less likely to suffer damage when off-roading.
This intercooler kit has been designed for vehicles that perform heavy towing and tough offroad driving. this unit has been proven to reduce intake temperatures by 30 – 45°C, thus reducing EGTs and overall engine running teperatures. Fitting a HPD intercooler kit enables your techician to tune the 3.0 Lt V6 safely for more power and torque.
Featuring a heavy-duty Bar & Plate core with cast alloy tanks, upgrade the leak-prone OEM unit with a HPD intercooler for a huge 222% increase in volume and 247% extra cooling surface area.
