Premium Rebuild Kit for 1992-1996 Dodge New Venture NV4500 5 Speed Manual Transmissions which all have a synchronized reverse gear.
These Kits include 10 OE Type Synchronizer Rings,
complete Small Parts Kit,
complete set of mainshaft and countershaft shims and the only Kits with almost all OE Spec and genuine NVG parts! Kit includes: reverse clutch retaining ring, 3rd thrust washer gear retaining ring, four 1-2 synchro lock rings, fifth gear clutch retaining rings (early & late), 3rd gear thrust washer, reverse gear thrust washer, 5th gear thrust washer, 13 struts and 13 springs for all the synchronizers, fifth gear shift shaft roll pins, 2 Teflon bearing spacers, 2 reverse idler thrust washers, 2 thrust washer anti-rotation pins, and 2 countershaft gear drive keys.
Complete mainshaft shim set, & complete countershaft shim set.
Complete Bearing & Seal Kit featuring Timken™ & Torrington™ Bearings,
Silicone Sealant, and 2 types of Threadlocker.

Warranty: 12 months from Willys Workshop
Sold and warranted by Willys Workshop. Parts carry our 12-month warranty against defects, from the date of purchase or installation (whichever is later), subject to any manufacturer terms and fair wear and tear (Terms & Conditions, clause 7.1(b)). This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
- 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items: unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging, with a Return Authorisation from us first. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is at your cost.
- Wrong fit: if a part covered by our Fitment Guarantee doesn’t fit, we pay the return freight both ways and there’s no restocking fee.
- Special-order or imported-to-order items, electrical parts, ECUs and tuners once registered, connected or flashed, parts that have been fitted or modified, and clearance items can’t be returned for change of mind. Your rights for faulty goods still apply.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
