This Power Driven Diesel Stage 2 Hot Street CNC Ported Cylinder Head is the perfect upgrade for your 1998.5 – 2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins. The 218 CFM stage 2 hot street port enhances combustion and produces 34% greater flow in and through the cylinder head for better EGT control and improved efficiency and power. The hot street port was engineered for maximum street performance with precise CNC contouring for maximum flow and enhanced swirl ramps. Higher swirl promotes greater in-cylinder fuel/air mixing for improved combustion efficiency, faster turbo response, and reduced idle haze.

This cylinder head is manufactured in-house to meet and/or exceed factory specifications. New heads are inspected, surfaced, CNC threaded, CNC ported, and finished with a multi-angle valve job. Heads are then cleaned, cerakoted, cured, assembled, pressure tested, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive ready for installation. These heads feature higher press valve seats to enhance valve seat retention and are finished with a modern multi-angle valve job, tremendously increasing low-lift flow to produce maximum port velocity. Power Driven also added 11 CNC-threaded freeze plugs to prevent disastrous coolant leaks under the valve cover.

The Stage 2 Hot Street Port is perfect for both hot daily drivers and maximum horsepower towing applications.
